We value every customer. Our top priority is to ensure your goods are delivered as quickly as possible. Typically, you will receive your order within 10 to 15 business days after placing your order.

Shipping Time:

This refers to the time it takes for the goods to be shipped from our warehouse in the UK to your destination. Once the goods have been processed and left the warehouse, it usually takes 3 to 5 days for delivery.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping Time. Processing time varies depending on the items you purchase.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Undelivered Items:

If you have successfully placed an order but have not received your goods, and the tracking status shows delivered, you will need to contact the carrier to locate your package, as we have no control over the goods once they have been packaged and shipped (the carrier is responsible for the goods at this point).
